Based in Midsomer Norton, as the name suggests, we take a more holistic (complete) approach to teaching martial arts. We tailor training to individual needs rather than take a “one-size-fits-all” approach! This allows you to develop the best self defence method for your personal capabilities/limitations, whist preventing you from hurting yourself trying to move in ways that your body might not be able to (we’re all different)!
